Irina Shayk is making headlines after posting an Instagram Story about the Russian Potato Salad known as Olivier. In light of the current war, it’s tricky for Russian stars to name their country. However, the problem is the “zz” in “russianzz” that she used on her potato salad Instagram post. She soon posted another Instagram story that “sometimes a salad is just a salad” but it’s too late to hold the news breakout.
Looking at this positively, today it was easy to decide what to eat for lunch, and want to share with you this extremely popular Olivier salad recipe.

I cannot think of any supermarket which doesn’t have a ready-made Russian Salad for a quick salad on the go. The Ruska Salata is also an item one must surely have on their table on Bulgarian New Year’s Eve. The secret of this dish lies in the preparation of all the ingredients making sure they’re all chopped into small pieces of the same size. You must really taste every ingredient in every bite.

STEP 2
Dice the pickles, potatoes, ham, eggs, and carrots into small pieces and place them in a bowl. Then we add the peas.
STEP 3
The Russian salad is perfect to be enjoyed cold and can be kept in the fridge covered with plastic wrap for one or two days.
