- 4 potatoes yellow, boiled and diced
- 2 carrots medium, boiled and diced
- 1 cup peas canned or boiled
- ¾ cup Mayonnaise
- 4 eggs boiled, diced
- ½ cup pickles
- 1 cup ham diced
STEP 1
For the success of the recipe, we boil the potatoes, peas, eggs, and carrots separately. Make sure that the carrots and potatoes are not mush. Remove them from the heat as soon as they are ready. Leave them to cool.
STEP 2
Dice the pickles, potatoes, ham, eggs, and carrots into small pieces and place them in a bowl. Then we add the peas.
