  • 3.5 oz Lamb’s lettuce
  • 3.5 oz Rocket
  • 1 cup Strawberries
  • 3.5 oz Grana Padano
  • 3 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 4 tbsp Olive oil, extra virgin
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

How to prepare the Tricolore Salad

To prepare the salad with strawberries with balsamic vinegar:

  1. First, wash the valerian under plenty of fresh running water.
  2. Dry it gently with a clean cloth and then break it up with your fingers. Proceed in the same way with the rocket.
  3. Wash the strawberries with cold water and dry them, then cut them in half and in quarters. Remove the green leaves and keep them aside.
  4. Take a rather large salad bowl and add the salad and the strawberries. Then add the salt, ground pepper, and finely chopped parmesan
  5. Dress the salad with the balsamic vinegar and a spoonful of oil and mix everything gently

  • If the salad has already been dressed, it is advisable to eat it within the day so that it maintains its freshness. Freezing is not recommended.
