- 3.5 oz Lamb’s lettuce
- 3.5 oz Rocket
- 1 cup Strawberries
- 3.5 oz Grana Padano
- 3 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 4 tbsp Olive oil, extra virgin
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
How to prepare the Tricolore Salad
To prepare the salad with strawberries with balsamic vinegar:
- First, wash the valerian under plenty of fresh running water.
- Dry it gently with a clean cloth and then break it up with your fingers. Proceed in the same way with the rocket.
- Wash the strawberries with cold water and dry them, then cut them in half and in quarters. Remove the green leaves and keep them aside.
- Take a rather large salad bowl and add the salad and the strawberries. Then add the salt, ground pepper, and finely chopped parmesan
- Dress the salad with the balsamic vinegar and a spoonful of oil and mix everything gently
- Your salad with balsamic strawberries is ready to be served!
