Olive Garden Meatballs Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs or more
  • 1 tablespoon Italian Seasonings
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1/4 tablespoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, freshly chopped
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

For Serving:

  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

How do you prepare the meatballs?

  1. Pour the minced meat into a bowl and add an egg, parmesan cheese, milk, chopped parsley, and spices.
  2. Mix well with a fork until you get a smooth mixture.
  3. Add the breadcrumbs a little at a time and add them to the mixture while continuing to knead.
  4. Let’s start forming meatballs with our hands and arrange them on a plate. We will get about 18-20.
  5. In a baking dish spray some cooking spray.
  6. Add the meatballs and let them bake at 180C for 15 minutes until browned and cooked throughout.
  7. Take them off from the oven and serve the meatballs with marinara sauce, parmesan, and parsley while they are still hot!
