  • 1/2 cup Raisins
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 cup White Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Bottled Grated Orange Peel
  • 2 tbsp Heinz Ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Chipotle Paste

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a medium pan bringing to boil.
  2. Boil for 2 minutes stirring constantly.
  3. Remove from heat. Allow to cool to lukewarm.
  4. Place mixture in a blender. Blend until pureed.
  5. Pour into a clean bottle with a tight cap and refrigerate. The sauce should keep for up to 90 days.
