Tips to Make Barista Iced Coffee

This outrageously delicious recipe only requires a handful of ingredients that you can find in every kitchen. Make sure to have a good quality coffee and choose your favorite roast.

Vanilla Simple Syrup. A mix of water, sugar, and vanilla extract. It only takes a couple of minutes to dissolve the sugar in the water and leave it to chill.

Brewed Coffee. Brew a cup of coffee with a French press or any other brewing method and opt for high-quality coffee beans. I suggest leaving it to cool before assembling the iced coffee. But if you’re really in a hurry just make sure to scoop in more ice.

Ice-cubes. Use coffee ice cubes to keep your coffee strong. Brew hot coffee, freeze in ice cube trays, and add to your coffee for a rich, full-bodied taste. Medium-sized ice cubes are perfect because it’s what we usually have on hand in the freezer and they don’t melt immediately even in hot climates. Otherwise, crushed ice cubes are a perfect alternative.

Milk. Your preferred milk. I prefer to use milk with higher fat content. but even low-fat milk can be used.
