Garlic Free Hummus

Hummus is a cream based on chickpeas and tahini (sesame paste) typical of the Middle East suitable as an appetizer, for mezes, and served with pita bread. In this recipe, I did not use garlic to make it more digestible. You can also accompany the hummus with good wine and crudites it will be snapped up!
