Chocolate and mint—the perfect flavor combination! This refreshing yet indulgent smoothie is packed with brain-boosting berries, fiber-rich spinach, and creamy chocolate protein powder. It’s the ideal anytime snack, delivering serious health benefits in a milkshake-like drink!
Ingredients
- 2 handfuls about 60g spinach
- 120 ml ½ cup blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries
- 120 ml ½ cup unsweetened coconut or almond milk
- 1 tbsp 10g ground flax seeds
- 1 scoop 25-30g chocolate protein powder (grass-fed whey, hemp, or pea protein)
- 1 tbsp 5g fresh mint leaves (optional)
- Water and ice as needed for desired consistency
- Sprig of mint to garnish optional
Instructions
- Blend the base: Add spinach, berries, flax seeds, chocolate protein powder, and fresh mint to a blender.
- Pour in the liquid: Add coconut or almond milk and a splash of water.
- Adjust consistency: Add ice cubes and more water if needed for a thicker or thinner texture.
- Blend until smooth: Mix on high speed until creamy and well combined.
- Serve immediately & garnish with a sprig of mint.
