Description

This smoothie is packed with nutrients, naturally sweetened, and full of flavor—perfect for a quick breakfast or post-workout refuel. With less than 300 calories and 24g of protein, it’s both delicious and satisfying!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • ¾ cup fresh or frozen mixed berries raspberries, blackberries, strawberries
  • ½ banana
  • 1 tbsp raisins
  • 1 scoop Sun Warrior Chocolate Protein Powder or 1 tbsp almond butter
  • ½ tbsp chia seeds
  • ¼ cup coconut water chilled or unsweeetened almond milk
  • ¼ cup cold water or unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp cacao powder (if not using chocolate protein powder)

Instructions

  • Add the baby spinach, mixed berries, banana, raisins, protein powder (or almond butter), chia seeds, coconut water, and almond milk (or water) to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth, adding extra water or almond milk if necessary for desired consistency.
  • Pour into a glass, serve, and enjoy!
Add 1 tsp of cacao powder if you don’t have chocolate protein shake.
