- ½ cup Soya/Almond/Coconut Milk
- ½ cup Frozen/Fresh Strawberries halfed
- 2 g Fresh Blueberries for garnish
- 1 tsp Coconut oil
- ½ tsp Chia seeds
Optional
- 1 tsp Maple syrup for sweetening
- 1 tsp Shredded coconut to garnish
For a Smoothie:
Add the chia seeds and blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a glass, serve with a few blueberries on top, and optionally garnish with shredded coconut. Enjoy immediately.
For Chia Pudding:
Stir in the chia seeds (do not blend), ensuring they are evenly distributed.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl or jar, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight) to allow the chia seeds to thicken.
Before serving, garnish with blueberries and shredded coconut.
