Mixed Berry Smoothie with Chia Seeds (Smoothie or Pudding Option)

This easy and quick anti-aging morning berry smoothie with chia seeds includes coconut milk and a mix of berries.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Soya/Almond/Coconut Milk
  • ½ cup Frozen/Fresh Strawberries halfed
  • 2 g Fresh Blueberries for garnish
  • 1 tsp Coconut oil
  • ½ tsp Chia seeds

Optional

  • 1 tsp Maple syrup for sweetening
  • 1 tsp Shredded coconut to garnish

Instructions
 

  • Blend the milk and berries until smooth.
  • Add the coconut oil and optionally the maple syrup.

For a Smoothie:

  • Add the chia seeds and blend until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into a glass, serve with a few blueberries on top, and optionally garnish with shredded coconut. Enjoy immediately.

For Chia Pudding:

  • Stir in the chia seeds (do not blend), ensuring they are evenly distributed.
  • Transfer the mixture to a bowl or jar, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight) to allow the chia seeds to thicken.
  • Before serving, garnish with blueberries and shredded coconut.
