Espresso: To obtain Moroccan coffee you need to start by preparing a good espresso. After preparing it (with the coffee machine or with the moka, depending on how you are used to), pour it into a transparent glass cup.
Frothing the milk: At this point, froth the milk well with the steam nozzle in the coffee machine or with an electric milk frother, until you obtain a compact foam.
Make the coffee: Now that all the ingredients are ready, make the Moroccan coffee: sprinkle the espresso in the cup with a first spoonful of cocoa powder, add the whipped cream to fill the glass, and sprinkle again with the second spoonful of cocoa in powder.
Add sugar: Sweeten your Moroccan to taste and enjoy it, mixing the three layers of coffee, milk, and cocoa well.
