  • 16 lotus biscoff cookies
  • 3 tbsp salted butter
  • 1/4 cup whole milk or milk cream
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder

How to make Biscoff Sauce?

  • Chop the cookies put them in the food processor and crush them until they look like sand.
  • Add the butter together with the milk or milk cream and blend again until you obtain a smooth mix.
  • Taste it and add a little cinnamon to taste.
  • Add sugar or sweetener if you prefer the sauce to be sweeter.
