1 cup marinara sauce
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon Parsley, chopped
How do you prepare the meatballs?
Pour the minced meat into a bowl and add an egg, the Parmesan cheese, the milk, the chopped parsley and the spices.
Mix well with a fork until you get a smooth mixture.
Add the breadcrumbs a little at a time and add it to the mixture while continuing to knead.
Let's start forming meatballs with our hands and arrange them on a plate. We will get about 18-20.
In a baking dish spray some cooking spray. Add the meatballs and let them bake at 180C for 15 minutes until browned and cooked throughout.
Take them off from the oven and serve the meatballs with marinara sauce, parmesan and parsley while they are still hot!
