  • ½ tbsp. fresh ginger chopped
  • 1 tsp. turmeric ground
  • ½ -1 tsp. cayenne pepper change depending on level of spiciness palate can handle
  • ½ juice of a lemon or lime (1oz/30ml)
  • ¼ cup (60ml) water

  • Mix together ingredients and drink.
