Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup pumpkin puree canned is fine
  • ¼ cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt or substitute with unsweetened coconut or almond milk
  • 1 serving protein powder grass-fed whey, pea, or hemp are the best options or 1 tsp almond butter
  • ½ banana
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice or use ½ tsp cinnamon, ¼ tsp ground ginger, ⅛ tsp nutmeg, and ⅛ tsp allspice or cloves
  • Splash of vanilla extract
  • Ice and water as needed for desired consistency

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine the pumpkin puree, Greek yogurt (or milk of choice), protein powder (or almond butter), banana, and your homemade pumpkin pie spice.
  • Add the splash of vanilla extract.
  • Blend until smooth, adding ice and water to achieve your preferred consistency.
