- ¼ cup pumpkin puree canned is fine
- ¼ cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt or substitute with unsweetened coconut or almond milk
- 1 serving protein powder grass-fed whey, pea, or hemp are the best options or 1 tsp almond butter
- ½ banana
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice or use ½ tsp cinnamon, ¼ tsp ground ginger, ⅛ tsp nutmeg, and ⅛ tsp allspice or cloves
- Splash of vanilla extract
- Ice and water as needed for desired consistency
In a blender, combine the pumpkin puree, Greek yogurt (or milk of choice), protein powder (or almond butter), banana, and your homemade pumpkin pie spice.
Add the splash of vanilla extract.
