For the Patties
- ½ lb 225g organic ground turkey or grass-fed ground beef organic ground turkey
- 2 egg
- 2 clove garlic minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the Mushroom "Bun"
- 4 large Portobello mushrooms
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 garlic clove minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Prepare the patties:
In a mixing bowl, combine ground meat, egg, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix everything thoroughly. Form the mixture into 2 patties.
Prepare the mushroom "buns":
Remove the stems from the Portobello mushrooms and rinse and dry them well.
