- 1 whole wheat tortilla or wholemeal wrap
- 1 tsp olive oil extra virgin
- 1 tbsp tomato puree
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- 8 basil leaves finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Greek yoghurt or cottage cheese
- 120 g (120g - 150g) canned tuna in spring water
- 2 tbsp sweetcorn frozen
- ¼ red onion finely chopped (for sprinkling)
- 1 pinch of dried oregano
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Place the whole wheat tortilla on an oven tray and drizzle with olive oil. Spread it evenly with your hand.
In a small bowl, mix the tomato puree with garlic powder and chopped basil to create a flavorful sauce. Spread this mixture evenly over the wrap, leaving a 1-inch border.
Spread the Greek yoghurt (or cottage cheese) thinly over the tomato sauce. Don’t worry about making it perfect.
Top the base with the tuna, sweetcorn, chopped onion, and a pinch of dried oregano.
Bake for about 10 minutes, or until the base is crispy and golden.
Remove from the oven, garnish with a sprig of basil, and enjoy!
