Ingredients
  

  • 3.5 oz Lamb's lettuce
  • 3.5 oz Rocket
  • 1 cup Strawberries
  • 3.5 oz Grana Padano
  • 3 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 4 tbsp Olive oil extra virgin
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • To prepare the salad with strawberries with balsamic vinegar:
  • First wash the valerian under plenty of fresh running water.
  • Dry it gently with a clean cloth and then break it up with your fingers. Proceed in the same way with the rocket.
  • Wash the strawberries with cold water and dry them, then cut them in half and in quarters. Remove the green leaves and keep them aside.
  • Take a rather large salad bowl and add the salad and the strawberries. Then add the salt, ground pepper and finely chopped parmesan
  • Dress the salad with the balsamic vinegar and a spoonful of oil and mix everything gently
  • Your salad with balsamic strawberries is ready to be served!
  • TIPS
  • If the salad has already been dressed, it is advisable to eat it within the day so that it maintains its freshness. Freezing is not recommended.
  • You can mix different types of salads of your choice, such as endive, soncino, mixed salad, dandelion or chervil.
