Olive Garden Meatballs

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs or more
  • 1 tablespoon Italian Seasonings
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1/4 tablespoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley freshly chopped
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions
 

  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley, chopped
  • How do you prepare the meatballs?
  • Pour the minced meat into a bowl and add an egg, the Parmesan cheese, the milk, the chopped parsley and the spices.
  • Mix well with a fork until you get a smooth mixture.
  • Add the breadcrumbs a little at a time and add it to the mixture while continuing to knead.
  • Let's start forming meatballs with our hands and arrange them on a plate. We will get about 18-20.
  • In a baking dish spray some cooking spray. Add the meatballs and let them bake at 180C for 15 minutes until browned and cooked throughout.
  • Take them off from the oven and serve the meatballs with marinara sauce, parmesan and parsley while they are still hot!
