- 1½ cup Flour
- 3 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- ⅓ cup Water
- 1 tsp Salt
Put the flour, salt, and oil in a bowl and mix.
Add the water and mix everything until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous.
Cover the shortcrust pastry with plastic wrap and let it rest for about half an hour.
