To obtain Moroccan coffee, it is necessary to start by preparing a good espresso.
After preparing it (with the coffee machine or with the moka, depending on how you are used to it) pour it into a transparent glass cup.
At this point, froth the milk well with the steam dispenser present in the coffee machine or an electric milk frother, until you obtain a compact foam.
Now that all the ingredients are ready, compose the Moroccan coffee: sprinkle the espresso in the cup with a first spoonful of cocoa powder, add the whipped milk cream until the glass is full and sprinkle again with the second spoonful of cocoa powder.
Sweeten your Moroccan to taste and enjoy it, mixing well the three layers of coffee, milk and cocoa.
