  • 1 espresso shot
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder
  • Whole milk to taste
  • Sugar to taste

  • To obtain Moroccan coffee, it is necessary to start by preparing a good espresso.
  • After preparing it (with the coffee machine or with the moka, depending on how you are used to it) pour it into a transparent glass cup.
  • At this point, froth the milk well with the steam dispenser present in the coffee machine or an electric milk frother, until you obtain a compact foam.
  • Now that all the ingredients are ready, compose the Moroccan coffee: sprinkle the espresso in the cup with a first spoonful of cocoa powder, add the whipped milk cream until the glass is full and sprinkle again with the second spoonful of cocoa powder.
  • Sweeten your Moroccan to taste and enjoy it, mixing well the three layers of coffee, milk and cocoa.
