Instructions
Put the canned chickpeas in a blender without their water and skin.
Add two tablespoons of tahini with its oil, the juice of a lemon, the cumin, sweet paprika, salt and a little water to make the blades spin better.
Do a tasting test, adding more cumin if you want a stronger flavor.
When the hummus is creamy, put it in a bowl and garnish with smoked paprika and a drop of extra virgin olive oil.
Serve it as a cream to spread on pita bread, wraps and as accompaniment with the falafel.
