2-3tablespoon(40-60 g) maple syrup or any other liquid sweetener
1cup(240 ml) dairy-free milk
1tspvanilla extract
For Chocolate Cream:
5tablespoon(30 g) cocoa powder
¼cup(70 g) water
3tablespoon(60 g) maple syrup
¼cup(62 g) peanut butter, softened
Instructions
What You'll Need
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large oven-safe skillet or baking dish, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
How To Make Brownie Baked Oats
Add in the oats, cocoa powder, baking powder, creamy peanut butter, maple syrup, dairy-free milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined directly in the skillet or baking dish.
Spread the mixture evenly in the skillet or baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the top is set and the edges are slightly browned.
While the oats are baking, prepare the chocolate cream. In the same skillet or a small saucepan, combine the cocoa powder, water, and maple syrup. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens slightly.
Remove the chocolate mixture from heat and stir in the softened peanut butter until smooth and well combined.
How to Serve the Fudge Brownie Baked Oats
Once the baked oats are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly.
Serve the brownie baked oats warm, topped with a generous dollop of chocolate cream.
