  • 200 g raspberries
  • 250 g jam sugar

  • Prepare the raspberries. Start by putting the raspberries in a small saucepan with deep sides. Gently mash them using a masher. Next, incorporate the sugar.
  • Dissolve the sugar and boil. Heat the mixture over low heat until the sugar completely dissolves. Gradually raise the heat and let it boil for approximately 4 minutes.
  • Let it cool & refrigerate. Once done, take it off the heat and pour it carefully into a shallow container. Allow it to cool down and refrigerate it until it solidifies.
