Mary Berry Energy Bars

Caroline Sciberras
The Mary Berry Energy Bars recipe requires only 9 simple ingredients, and can be prepared in just 10 minutes and then should be left to chill! This rich bar, full of nuts, seeds, fruit, and oats, is based on Mary Berry's Cranberry & Coconut Cereal Bar. The perfect healthy snack includes a little protein - great mid-morning, a great grab-and-go pre-workout snack on mornings when you don't have time to digest a full meal or when you need a boost of energy.
