Ingredients
  

  • 16 Lotus cookies
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup whole milk or milk cream
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder.

Instructions
 

  • Chop the cookies and put them in the food processor and crush until they look like sand.
  • Add 3 tbsp of butter together with the milk or milk cream and blend again until you obtain a smooth mix.
  • Taste it and add a little cinnamon to taste.
  • Add sugar or sweetener if you prefer the sauce to be sweeter.
