Lotus cookies

whole milk or milk cream

cinnamon powder.
Instructions
Chop the cookies and put them in the food processor and crush until they look like sand.
Add 3 tbsp of butter together with the milk or milk cream and blend again until you obtain a smooth mix.
Taste it and add a little cinnamon to taste.
Add sugar or sweetener if you prefer the sauce to be sweeter.
