Use a French press (or analternative like a Mason jar) to brew coffee
Add 2 cups of water.
Add 1/2 cup of coarsely ground coffee.
Place a lid on the container and refrigerate for at least 12 hours. After 12 hours, if you're using a French press filter out the ground coffee by pressing down the plunger and pouring off the water. If you're using the Mason jar, pour the coffee through a coffee filter.
Store cold brew coffee in the refrigerator.
VANILLA SIMPLE SYRUP DIRECTIONS
Combine 2 tsp of sugar with 1 cup of water in a small saucepan.
Cook just until the sugar dissolves and remove the saucepan from the burner.
Add 1 tsp of vanilla extract.
Let the mixture cool to room temperature. Store the vanilla simple syrup in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
VANILLA SWEET CREAM DIRECTIONS
Combine the half'n half milk or cream, 1/2 cup of the prepared vanilla syrup in a small bowl. Stir well.
Store it in an airtight container in your refrigerator or use it immediately.
VANILLA SWEET CREAM COLD BREW DIRECTION
Fill a tall glass with 1 cup of ice cubes.
Add 1 cup of cold brew.
Add 2 tbsp of vanilla simple syrup to the coffee and mix.
