Cut the chicken breasts horizontally into 8 pieces
Marinade the chicken in the peri peri sauce. You can marinade it in advance a few hours before, overnight, or just cook it right away.
Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add olive oil
Cook the chicken slowly getting a nice sear for 3 minutes, then flip over and do the same with the other side.
Then turn the heat to low and allow the chicken to cook through, about 2 more minutes.

Notes
You can marinade chicken but also use it to grill veggies, fish or tofu.
If you can't find African bird's eye chili, you can swap it for any spicy peppers you can find. Thai chilis work great or red serrano peppers but even cayenne.
Unless you want it very spicy, always make sure to take out the seeds from the peppers.
You can pan-fry this chicken, bake it but grilled tastes amazing!
