How to make soft boiled eggs soldiers a classic British breakfast for kids. Dippy eggs remain in our hearts as comfort food even as adults.

- 1 Egg, medium
- 1 Wholemeal bread, slice
- 1 tsp Olive oil
- 20 g Goat's cheese
- 1 g Salt
Fill half of a small pan with water. Place the egg in the water and turn on a small-medium burner on high heat.
Wait a few minutes until you start seeing the first bubbles forming. If yolk, take the egg out in 2 minutes. If you prefer it slightly firmer or the egg is large then give it an extra 1-2 minutes.
In the meantime, put a slice of wholemeal bread in the toaster. Drizzle the toast with olive oil and cut into soldiers when ready.
When the egg is ready, lift from the pan with a spoon and place in an egg cup.
Serve it still hot, with toast, cheese and coffee. Sprinkle a little bit of salt on the yolk for a tastier boiled egg.
