Ingredients

  • 340 ml lemonade
  • 2 lemons thinly sliced
  • 85 ml limoncello
  • 170 ml vodka (or lemon infused vodka)
  • 900 ml sparkling water

Instructions

  • Wash and thinly slice the lemons. Set aside a few lemon slices for garnishing.
  • In a large pitcher, combine the lemonade, limoncello, and vodka.
  • Gently add most thinly sliced lemons to the pitcher. Keep a few slices aside for garnishing individual glasses.
  • Place the pitcher in the refrigerator and let the mixture chill for 1-2 hours. This allows the flavors to meld and the lemon slices to infuse their essence into the mix.
  • When ready to serve, take the pitcher out of the refrigerator.
  • Just before serving, gently pour the sparkling water into the pitcher. The fizziness of the water will give your Tuscan Lemonade a refreshing and effervescent touch.
  • Fill glasses with ice cubes.
  • Pour the Tuscan Lemonade over the ice in each glass. Garnish the glasses with the reserved lemon slices and fresh mint leaves for a delightful visual appeal.
  • Serve the Tuscan Lemonade immediately to capture its refreshing flavors at their best. Sip, savor, and relish the blend of zesty lemon, limoncello, and vodka, all brought together with the sparkling water's effervescence.
